How it works...

  • You start with a one-on-one consultation and fitness evaluation. You will be weighed, measured and receive your own personal exercise diary.
  • Our unique combination of classes – Define, Spin, Box, Cycle and Define HIIT – will push those results by burning calories and moulding muscles.
  • You will be advised and encouraged by our passionate team in the ways of living a healthy lifestyle.
  • At weekly seminars, you will be guided to a healthy, balanced way of eating.
  • You will be set weekly challenges in order to put into practice what you have been taught.
  • You will be weighed weekly and your goals will be discussed and measured at week 1 and week 6.
  • You will receive 10% off personal training and 20% off Body by Watt merchandise (during your 6 week plan).
