A fight intensity interval training class that includes exhausting intervals of complex punch and kick combinations, mixed with gruelling bodyweight exercises.
A great workout for any sport involving strength, speed and full-body co-ordination.
Gloves can be hired at the class for £1 per session.
Please note: We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 12 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to you. However, if you cancel your reservation within 12 hours you will still be charged for the class.
