Keziah otherwise known as ‘Cyborg’ by her training partners is known for her enduring mental attitude. She has a personal preference of endurance-based lung burners that require a serious amount of mental strength to get through.

She lives and breathes fitness. But she doesn’t just have a good engine. He qualifications started back in school, taking her on to do a degree in

Sports Development and continually developing her knowledge over the years, by gaining vast amounts of qualifications in all areas of fitness, from PT to Nutrition to Pilates. Thus resulting in years of experience in the fitness industry, coaching all ages and abilities.

Keziah believes that exercise is for everyone regardless of their level and is more than happy to adapt to individuals’ needs – “you have to start somewhere.” However, she has no patience for laziness in the studio! A strong and positive mindset equals results. So be careful of ever saying “I can’t” in her class as it will result in a burpee fine!

Her classes are always fun, you have to enjoy something for it to become a good habit, but she will push you past your comfort zone to find your potential!

Naturally charismatic and strong in character Simon has worked for 2 years at David Lloyd Leisure as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise instructor and Spin cycling coach. His indomitable spirit and ability to challenge clients’ comfort zone is what pushes them beyond their limits and produces results. Regardless of your genetics, experience or skill level Simon will motivate, inspire and propel you to success.
